TRADITIONAL VS CONTEMPORARY: NO CONFLICT

There is no conflict of interest in making traditional and contemporary dresses. On the contrary it will be appropriate to say that they complement each other with best possible ways. Both these type depend on its demand of a particular time whether the market is asking for traditional dress or for the contemporary garb.

Demand is the most important thing for a market. Demands are created by the buyers and designers should stay aware of the market demand and according to it they would design. Tradition is something where a design is created in the past but still in demand and traditionally it is in the market for a long time and on the other hand contemporary is something that is always new and never fades away. Both will remain in demand.

Market has a say now days, demands are important for a business than producing dresses randomly. Traditional dresses can be produced in such a way that they can give us a taste of freshness and it’s like old wine in new bottle. Not necessary that in a certain market situation traditional dresses is out of demand for a certain period of time and taking advantage of that situation contemporary dresses take that position and vice verse. Both have co-existed in the market for a long period of time. Demand for dresses can be created artificially by curbing on the supply line but that is an unethical way for a business.

Businesses run by honesty not by forgery and it is the experienced sellers, who create demand without taking any kinds of fall steps. The definition of market place has changed drastically only opening a shop and believing that it would give you business every day is a distant dream now days.
