Perfect hairstyles for Indian Brides

To choose the right Indian ethnic wear for a wedding ceremony is quite confusing at times.

It is advisable that you not only choose the right attire but also be wise enough to have a beautiful hairdo that suits your face right!

Moreover, its better you research a bit about your face shape and hairstyles before going to a salon or parlour, so that you can ask your hairstylist to up do your hair in the same way.

There are certain parameters to choose a perfect hairstyle:

·         Type of hair
·         The face structure
·         The height
·         The persona
·         The wedding wear
·         Last, but not the least one must also have an appropriate haircut

Nowadays, brides have become quite experimental with their hairstyles, as they have even started colouring their hairs.

This new option does not suit for someone who has grey hair but for those who want to try something new.

Again, the type of hair colour you choose depends on your colour complexion.

Bright colours will look good on those who are fair complexioned and dark shades like burgundy, dark, brown, copper etc will look good over dusky skin tones.

Moreover, sober and matt colours are quite easy to flaunt in any formal occasion like wedding.
Some of the hairstyles chosen for different traditional wedding are as follows:

After the completion of “Roka” (announcement that boy and girl are engaged and will no longer be in quest of their soul mates).

It’s good to have a side fish tail braid done for the bride on Sangeeth occasion followed by open hair tresses style on “Mehendi” occasion.

On the final countdown day (i.e. on the wedding day”), it would be lovely if “bouffant” hair up do is done which matches the bright red lehenga.
